“Root’s claims 24/7 service I called 1:30 am on 1/24/25, coldest night so far, my furnace quit, left a message and did NOT hear back FROM Root’s until 9:14 AM , Is that a good service? Leave it up to you to judge. Called Holland Heating & Cooling out of Davison, MI, by 4:00AM furnace was up and running , that’s 24/7 Service!!!”
